When is the GuideWell campaign?

The GuideWell campaign will run through March 28.

How do I sign in and create an account?

  1. Click “Sign In” at the top right of the page, enter your work email address and click "Next".
  2. Enter your work email address, a username and a password of your choice, then click the “Sign Up” button.
  3. A verification email will be sent from accounts@stratuslive.com to the email address provided. Once you receive the email, click on the verification link and you will be return to GuideWell's giving portal.

How do I make a gift?

  1. Click on “Make a Gift” or “Give Now”.
  2. Select your payment method – recurring payroll, one time payroll, credit card, or check.
  3. Select the amount that you want to give per pay period. Your total annual amount will appear in the summary bar on the right side.
  4. Click on "Find a Charity" if you would like to designate any portion of your gift. Otherwise 100% of your gift will go to your local United Way’s Community Impact Fund.
  5. Qualifying donors can opt into giving societies and step-up programs. Click here to learn more.
  6. To give anonymously, click the checkboxes, otherwise your name can be shared with the designated charity and to the public.
  7. Your gift has been completed once you reach the “Thank you” page.

Why don't I see the option for Recurring Payroll or One Time Payroll as my payment method?

You can only have one Recurring Payroll gift and one One Time Payroll at a time. If there is no option to add Payroll as your payment method, then you will need to return and modify your current gift instead of starting a new one.

Please note that if you have an existing gift and you start a new gift with a new payment method, your existing gift will not be cancelled, and you will have two active gifts in the system.

Why don't I see my new 2025 gift or last year's 2024 gift under "My Giving History"?

The current campaign year shows as 2024 or 2024-25, which reflects United Way’s current 2024-2025 campaign year and is GuideWell’s 2025 campaign year. Last year's gift will appear under the 2023 campaign, which reflects United Way’s 2023-2024 campaign year and is GuideWell’s 2024 campaign year.

How do I make a change to an existing gift?

Click on “Make a Gift” or “Give Now” and then click on “Modify Your Current Gift”. Select the gift that you would like to modify and click on “Continue”.  A notification will pop up asking “Are you sure you want to do this?” and you will click on “Yes”. Then you can make any changes and complete your gift. Your gift has been completed once you reach the “Thank you” page.

How do I designate a gift?

To designate your gift, click on "Find a Charity" and use the search tool to find your preferred charity. Click on the charity you would like and click on “Add this charity”. Then click on “Add to designations”. Then use the sliders to indicate how much you would like to give to each charity. Please note that the total designated must equal the total gift amount before you can continue.

If I selected to give via check, where do I send my check to?

How do I cancel a gift during the campaign?

Click on “Make a Gift” or “Give Now” and then click on “Modify Your Current Gift”. Select the gift you would like to cancel. Then click on “X Cancel and Start Over” in the red button the right. A notification will pop up asking “Are you sure you want to do this?” and you will click “Yes”. Your gift has been cancelled and will no longer appear under “My Giving History”.

How do I change or stop my payroll deduction after the campaign has ended?

You can stop your payroll deduction at any time by contacting your payroll department and unitedway@guidewell.com.
